Don Mossinghoff Named April 2025 Knight of the Month

Council 7198 April 2025 KNIGHT OF THE MONTH AWARD – Brother Don Mossinghoff
Don has faithfully served Council 7198 in many ways since becoming a Brother Knight in
1995 and attaining 2 nd and 3 rd Degree membership in 1996. As the case in many Brother
Knight’s lives of a growing family and work obligations, our Don stepped away from
active Council membership until rejoining in 2010, all-the-while faithfully serving both
his own family and the St. Joseph Parish Family in numerous evangelizing activities
including RCIA leadership and as an Extraordinary Eucharistic minister for homebound
parishioners. Recently Don accepted the role as the smiling, cordial rain or shine golf-
cart transporter for our guests at each Lenten Fish Fry. Congratulations Don for being
selected our Knight of the month for April.
